Last Season Finished

Italian Serie A 2014-2015 season finished. I will show end results.

 

End Result

 

Inter fought hard, but finished a season with the eighth place because they can't keep stable defense. Only Handanovic who goal keeper made a good showing.
 

After all the championship team is Juventus. They won the Championship four years in a row with overwhelming strength. They can't got the Big Ear (Champions League trophy) but got Coppa Italy (Domestic competition) so Juventus got 2 crowns. They spent wonderful season.

 

Roma showed stable power too, and finished with the second place in hot fight. As a result, Juventus and Roma got the participation right of the Champions League of the next season.

 

Up-and-coming Milan is the tenth place. They were not able to be reinstated this season as well as Inter either. When will two team in Milano get back to the high rank? They can't entry UEFA competition but the number of the games decreases so They will be easy to maintain condition. 

 

Top Goalscorers

 

Icardi (Inter's striker) became leading scorer tie with 22 goals in Serie A. I expect him in the next season.

 

This summer, Inter got Prospective newcomer. I'll introduce those players on next post.

UEFA CL FINAL RESULT

On June 6, the final match of UEFA Champions League was held. I'll review this hot match like final.

Barcelona was almost best members, but Juventus lacked Chiellini who is the pivot of the defense because he got injured just before match day. Therefore Barcelona was thought to be advantageous but Juventus made first shot by Tevez. Still it was Barcelona to changed a game. At 4 minutes, Barcelona's vivid passwork through Rakitic who Croatian mid fielder scored finally. They completely made fun of Juventus that champion in Italy. However, Juventus does not easily give it up. Buffon shows a super save many times and turns down the first half without making a mistake.

In Second half, Barcelona's three forward named MSN(Messi, Suarez, Neymar) showed wonderful playing but Juventus returns a game to drawing in this mood. At 55 minutes, Ter Stegen who Barcelona's goal keeper made a fumble Tevez's shot and Morata(striker in Juventus) shoted into a goal. Juventus got on force but Barcelona tooked a lead again. From Messi's dribble and Suarez finished. Barcelona adds one point by Neymar afterwards, and game set. The Final result is 3-1, and F.C.Barcelona got a Big Ear!!

As a result, Barcelona I achieved the triple crowns(domestic League, Domestic cup, and Champions League), so they was proud of overwhelming strength in this year. Of course, Juventus fought hard too. I hope to Italian team will win the Champions League Championship next year.

UEFA Champions League Final

It is now the season for this year's UEFA Champions League Final. It's a stage that is admired by all soccer players and the fight to decide the European best team. Today I'll write about teams which fight in the final.

 

Juventus

The Juventus uniform features white and black stripes. They are the Champions of Italy's Serie A. They made the finals for the first time in 12 years. Their characteristic is their counter attack,which is seen in other Italian team as well. The deserving attention players are Paul Pogba and Carlos Tevez. How they play will determine the result.

 

F.C. Barcelona

F.C. Brcelona is an obvious Spanish top team. Their uniform color is blue and dark red stripes. They make fools of their opponent by their pass work. After all, we should pay attention to the players Lionel Messi and Neymar. They may show spectaculer playing. Barcelona were defeated by Bayern Munich last year in the finals, but will they win this year?

 

I'm an Italian soccer fan so I will support Juventus. But I'm looking forward to Barcelona's playing. White and black or blue and dark red. Which stripes will get the Big Ear (Champions League trophy)?


 

Excellent New Members

In my last post, I said “This is final contribution,” but I may continue to write this blog.

Today I'll introduce some new members on Inter. Inter got new excellent players in this winter break. They have already played an active part.

Davide Santon
He belonged to Newcastle United FC, and before that, he belonged to Inter. He came back again. I paid attention in him all the time since he debuted at Inter, so I'm glad. His position is side defender. He can do both attack and defense well.

Marcelo Brozović
He is a Croatian midfielder. He has a large field of vision, agility and superior technique. He is like a lubricating oil. He provides the speed that is lacking on the team.

Xherdan Shaqiri
Maybe he is the biggest crop in this winter break. He is a Swiss right side midfielder. He has not only skill that is needed by midfielders but he is also a scoring sensation. He belonged Bayern Munchen but he didn't have many opportunities to play, so he reminds me of Wesley Sneider. He also couldn't get a regular position at Real Madrid, but after he came to Inter, he brought a Champions League  championship. I expect Shaqiri to become like Sneider.

The new members are very young, so I look forward to Inter's bright future.

My 3 Favorite Goals

This post may be my final contribution. Blogging has become a very good experience for me. As my final post, I will introduce my favorite super goals ranking today. Of course, I chose from only Inter's goals.

3. Alvaro Recoba (Serie A 99/00 Inter vs Lecce)

This is a beautiful goal that seems to scoff at his opponent. From the first touch to his shot, they are perfect. This pass bounds a little, so it is very difficult to control. But he controlled it and floated the ball well and broke through opposing defender. Finally, he looked at the goal keeper's movement and shot calmly into the right corner of the goal.

He left us with a cool famous comment: "If today's match is after rain, I will make a rainbow with my left foot." And just like these words said, he made a lot of beautiful goals like in this video. He is one of the legendary players on Inter.

2. Ronaldo (match date unknown. 4:54～)

Please watch the goal at 4:54. This is such an amazing goal!! His opponents couldn't do anything. After he passed the ball, he received a hard tackle, but he didn't fall down. Moreover, he rushed with his explosive speed into the penalty box. He left two defenders and the goalkeeper in an instant and he poured a ball into an empty goal. This goal shows his all skills, physical power, speed, dribbling and shooting ability. He has everything. I think he is the best striker in history. He often injured his muscles because he has abnormal physical ability. His body can't follow his physical ability. I have never heard such a story before. His life as a player was short, but I think he is the best striker in history.

1. Diego Milito (UEFA Champions League Final 09/10)

My most favorite goal is this. This is the goal where Diego Milito determined the first championship of UEFA Champions League. I watched this match in real time. When Milito got this goal, I got goose bumps. The final result of this match was Inter won 2-0. Milito also got another point. This is not a very showy goal, but it is my important memorial goal.

As a final comment, I have contributed some posts about soccer. If you became a little interested in soccer, I am very happy.

Super Goal Get Player

It is an unbelievable goal!! When I watch this goal on TV in real time, I got goose bumps. Maybe, I can never forget this scene. Today, I will introduce this player. He is Dejan Stankvic. He is also a player who belonged into Inter but he stopped playing in 2013. He got many super goals when he was an active player.



After all, his selling point was kicking power and precision. The middle range shooting helped Inter many times. If they had a hard fight, his playing often changed the bad atmosphere. He is also one of my heros.

Diego Milito

I have written about this 21 year old Argentine player a little on this blog before. As I showed there, he is one of the superior young strikers. His characteristic is he is an all-around player. He has speed and technique and power, so he is my preferred player. He is originaly from a substructure in F.C.Barcelona. In 2011, he moved to Sampdria, and in 2012, he made his professional debut. In the 2012-13 season, he scored 10 goals. This was a splendid achievement because he was so young. In the last season, he transferred to Inter, and this season, he is the leading scorer on the team (9 goals). When I watch his playing, I'm reminded of Diego Milito. He is also an Argentine and has experience playing in Inter. Diego Milito brought the team to the European Championship. I hope that Icardi becomes a top striker like Diego Milito.

Dodo

Dodo is a 22 year old Brazilian player. He plays the left-back position, but his characteristic is he attacks rather than play only defense. He has explosive speed and technique, so his weapon is the dribble that confounds opponents. He often makes a scoring chance by his dribble and centering. Roma has his proprietary rights, but Inter rented him this season. In a past game, he showed a glimpse of splendid talent many times, but he showed also a young stupidity, so he still has growth potential.

Mateo Covacic

Maybe Covacic has the best talent on Inter. He is a Croatian mid-fielder. His uniform number is 10 (only a superior player is given this number. e.g. Robert Baggio, Ronald, etc). In other words, much is expected of him. Surprisingly, he is still 20 years old. He is younger than me!! He has roughly all the ability necessary for a mid-fielder. He posses delicate ball control, and passing which lets a needle go through. These are his weapons. He is the maestro of the attack in Inter. Several years later, he may get the Ballon d'Or (World MVP Aword).
